Nathalie will be speaking at the 2022 Education Leaders of Color National Convening. The theme “Resilience & Reinvention” will focus on tackling the complexities of building generational wealth by promoting collaborative efforts among leaders of color in education and across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Main stage conversations will feature social change visionaries and education innovators who are working to break down existing systemic barriers to progress. Smaller forums and sessions will provide the space for us to collectively learn and explore emerging research and practices to advance policy change, increase access to funding, and remake public education in a way that liberates our histories and centers economic development and wellness within school and community design.
