Latinas with reported earnings are paid an average of 54 cents to the dollar paid to white, male non-Hispanic workers. Change is long overdue.

We are calling on all of you to join us in calling out this serious issue. Employers and political leaders need to hear from us that we will not stand by and allow this injustice to continue.

Latina Equal Pay Day is no celebration. It is a day of education and action – and an opportunity to demonstrate our shared commitment to closing this gap once and for all.
