The Center for Urban Entreprenuership & Economic Development has been working on initiatives around Inclusive Innovation. We launched our CUEED Pipeline initiative in December 2016 with a National Town Hall on Inclusive Innovation (go to www.CUEEDPII.com to see it online). In March of 2017, we hosted an Inclusive Innovation House at the South by South West Conference in Austin, Texas and in May, hosted our first CUEED Pipeline Technology Entrepreneurship Commericialization Boot Camp. This summer we launched our Black and Latino Tech initiative (www.BlackAndLatinoTech.com) to increase the acceptance rate of minority firms into notable technology accelerators and incubated 12 companies ranging in Artificial Intelligence to Energy. On August 29ht and 30th, we will be hosting a 2 day event, bringing women and minority technology entrepreneurs together with angel investors and other connectors in the entrepreneurship eco-systems at Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ. We cordially invite you to participate for the days events.
