The Tech Community comes together for one night in Los Angeles to listen to one another and build actionable strategies for greater diversity and inclusion in our industry. It’s no secret we have a problem, and that we can all be a part of the solution. The evening will begin with some luminary panelists – Freada Kapor Klein of Kapor Capital, Marlon Nichols of Cross Culture Ventures, Arlan Hamilton from Backstage Capital, and Nathalie Molina Niño of Brava Investments – who will candidly discuss successes and failures, as well as new strategies they’re implementing to remove gender bias, create accountability, and source a more diverse set of founders for deal and applicants for top jobs. The conversation will open up into a facilitated discussion where all can participate to share stories, strategies and triumphs. Also in the crowd will be founders from across industries who are working on increasing diversity and inclusion inside their companies.
